  • This training aims to equip first responders with an understanding of the neuroscience behind common challenging behaviors such as hostility, defiance, opposition, manipulation, dishonesty, and theft. By decoding these effectively, participants will gain the skills necessary to identify and respond to them in a proactive manner, avoiding reactive responses. This training will focus on leveraging a Collaborative Problem-Solving (CPS) approach productively to address these behaviors constructively and create mutually fulfilling solutions.
