  • Sleep is important for all aspects of health. Unfortunately, emergency response never confines itself to an 8-5 schedule which means first responders need to be even more mindful of their sleep than the general population. Join this session to learn about the importance of sleep and ways to support better sleep, including sleep with shift work.
