Mental Toughness: Not Your Average Resilience Training

Mental toughness is not a singular trait. It is a collection of performance and resilience skills that help you reach and maintain optimal performance, face and cope with adversity, adapt to change, recover and learn from a setback, and grow from the experience. Just like physical toughness is the result of proper physical training, mental toughness is the result of intentionally training the brain. The COVID-19 pandemic has presented new challenges and placed more demand on first responders healthcare professionals. The effects of prolonged “crisis mode” are becoming more obvious within these roles and unfortunately may be here to stay longer than anticipated. Resilience can be taught, learned, and practiced together to build more cohesive, high performing, and resilience teams. Learn tangible skills  to cope with workplace and life experiences and persevere through, adapt, learn, and grow from the experiences. Classes are career field specific. All classes FREE!
