  • Healthcare is difficult to navigate for everyone, especially in the United States. It's made even more difficult for different demographics, including women, the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, and more. As first responders and healthcare professionals, we may not even be aware of our own subcosncious beliefs and attitudes, which may unknowingly impact how we treat those we help. Learn what implicit bias looks like in a healthcare setting and what we can do to keep our own views from impacting our work.
