There are various factors which can play a role in helping older adults through these difficulties. Religious and spiritual practices used by older adults can have a positive impact in helping them through these challenges and struggles. This presentation will provide information regarding challenges older adults face, and religious and spiritual practices as a protective factor with some of these challenges.
