During this 2 day training, learn simple strategies for protecting and enhancing your resilience, in addition to preventing the long-term impacts of these types of exposures. Learn Psychological CPR, which is a form of psychological first aid that can be used in the days and weeks after a crisis, natural disaster, or other critical incident to reduce distress symptoms associated with the traumatic experiences.
