  An overview of how various  types of boundaries exist and can either positively or negatively affect an individual’s level of functioning. Develop a further understanding of boundaries (inter & intrapersonal). Learn about positive aspects of detachment. Apply concepts of detachment and improved boundaries within the context of family & other relationships.
